Alhumdulillah Hotel met the needs of my family and myself.

Very close to Haram, lifts are very good and quick . Overall amazing stay. We had issues with the blocked sink in the bathroom on our arrival but sorted quite quickly. The only complaint is that someone replaced our hand wash in the toilet with water instead of refilling it which was quite disappointing. There was some mould around the air conditioning fan outlet ! The extractor fan in the bathroom was with very poor power and wasn’t able to make a good air circulation in the bathroom These were minor compared to the amazing view of kaaba and the proximity to Haram which made our stay unforgettable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Umrah Experience We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. The hotel kindly upgraded our room from a partial Haram view to a partial Kaaba view, which made our stay even more special and memorable. As a thoughtful gesture, the hotel also surprised us with complimentary desserts, beautifully presented with an “Umrah Mubarak” message, along with other lovely items. They even made our child happy by offering a complimentary ice cream, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. These small gestures made a big difference and showed how much the hotel values its guests. The staff’s kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and adding beautiful memories to our Umrah journey. We truly appreciate your hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. May Allah bless you all for your kindness! ❤️🕋

Very comfortable stay

Overall satisfied. Two small issues: the AC when turned to higher temperature and lower fan would make the room humid. Second is leak from shower to outside the shower area and the water temperature widely fluctuating between extremely hot to Luke warm
