Already shared my feedback via WhatsApp. Basically, customer experience is not provided by the service staff only, the food served, type of food offered, clarity in the food labelling, etc, also part of customer experience. As a vegetarian your hotel does not provide the experience that I get at other international hotel groups.

Had a fantastic stay at Swissôtel Jakarta Mega Kuningan celebrating my wife’s birthday. The room was wonderful, the location is very strategic, and the service was genuinely impressive. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything. We’ll definitely be back!
