We were happty to choose staying in Swissotel Living Mega Kuningan. Two bedroom apartment style perfectly suits to my family’s needs. It has complete facilities and spacious for the four of us, and cemtrally located in the Kuningan CBD

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan, and what truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the entire team. A special shout-out to Dhini and Ray, who took such great care of us even before we arrived. Throughout our stay, they were attentive, responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even helped arrange an urgent delivery to my office after I accidentally left something behind, which was incredibly kind and much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food, and the restaurant team provided warm and attentive service every morning. As we were travelling with our young son, we also really appreciated the kids' playground. It was clean, well-maintained and kept him happily entertained, making our stay even more enjoyable as a family. One thing that impressed me most was the hotel's service culture. Every staff member we crossed paths with would smile, make eye contact and greet us warmly. It's a small gesture, but one that reflects genuine hospitality and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. There are a couple of areas that I hope the hotel continues to improve, such as a slight odour from the bedding and an occasional bathroom drain smell. While these did not take away from our overall experience, I appreciated how patiently and professionally the team handled my feedback and tried different solutions to make us as comfortable as possible. Overall, the outstanding service easily outweighed these minor issues. My family and I truly felt well taken care of, and that's something we won't forget. Thank you, Dhini, Ray and the entire team—we look forward to staying with you again.
