Great location, amenities and hospitality. Only 2 minor issues I faced - baby food like banana and milk were chargable which is not something I'm used to at other 5* properties, and the 2nd pool is too far and hard to find the way to without sign boards in the property.

I wish I had stayed longer to test out the facilities but everything else was great. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, very nice and helpful. The rooms need more amenities in the bathroom.

The property is conveniently located near Dubai Mall and great restaurants. It's decent and a good option in budget. However, we did face an issue while checkin where we had to wait long due to a confusion. We were tired from a long flight and this made the experience a little sour right at beginning. The lady at front desk (her name was probably "Phyu") was not very helpful and not warm as hospitality professionals we generally encounter are - we interacted with her later too and felt the same. Most other staff was quite nice. The room was clean and there was a nice gesture by the team where they sent some sweet and savoury goodies and a hand written personal note.
