I traveled with my senior father and the location was perfect since he insists in only taking public transportation. I also appreciated that our room was near the elevator and that we got to check-in early. The birthday cake for him was also delicious. Some constructive feedback: Would be nice if the cake had a happy birthday in it and he prefers eating fish but there were no fish items in the breakfast buffet.

Stay has been comfortable but breakfast and the Executive lounge food could be better. Asian food has lost its authenticity. Quality of food has come down.

You made me wait for 2 hours to check in while the other oeople in our group was able to check in earlier. Understand that officially 3pm is the check in time but if there is a vacant room, you should allow to check in. Only to find out that you booked a wrong room (king bed) instead of 2 twins. When I informed FD of wrong room and showed her the room confirmation, showing 2 twin beds, she curtly said that the hotel never makes mistakes and it was the one that who booked who made that mistake. Even when I had a written confirmation. I could have checked in ealier if they gave the right room.
