Perfect for friends and couples. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The beach and pool are beautiful and clean with an abundance of lounge chairs Rooms large but need updating. Staff friendly and helpful

If I had to be picky, my only complaint would be a better quality breakfast. The sauna and hammam were very nice and the gym was adequate. I’d definitely return!

The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff are consistently attentive, polite and helpful. The service quality truly reflects the Swiss brand standards. However, we would like to share a few points that we believe could significantly enhance the guest experience. In the evenings, apart from the top‑floor restaurant, there were no open areas where guests could sit and enjoy coffee, tea or alcoholic/non‑alcoholic drinks. Having at least one beachside bar open until around 22:00–23:00 would make a big difference, as many guests including us would enjoy spending time by the sea in a relaxed atmosphere at night. Additionally, we found the main course food options to be quite limited. We stayed only two nights, but if our stay were 4–5 nights, it would have been difficult to find enough variety. Considering the level of the hotel and the premium positioning of the brand, expanding the dinner menu would elevate the overall dining experience. This was our first Swiss Hotels experience, and while the accommodation, cleanliness and staff were excellent, the limited evening facilities and restricted food options were the only aspects that fell short of expectations. We hope these areas will be improved, as the hotel has great potential and we would love to return.
