Very well located high quality hotel with excellent access to tram system. Check-in was quick, efficient and friendly. Able to check-in to room at mid-day as room was available early. Great view from room which was serviced well and efficiently. Good quality dining at hotel Giardino restaurant. One of our best Accor hotel experiences. A couple of negatives: Initially I had difficulty identifying gluten free options at breakfast. That improved when labelling improved, or was made easier to follow, and when I was told that breakfast bread option needed heating (to make it easier to eat). My wife does not have a GF need and was happy with the breakfast options. We asked for breakfast boxes on departure as we had an early train to catch, but did not receive them. While our departure was a bit hurried as the taxi driver was waiting, I think the reception should have had the boxes on hand for us.

Whenever my travels bring me to Bern, Swissôtel Kursaal Bern is always my hotel of choice. After yet another excellent stay, I can confidently say it continues to exceed my expectations. The hotel is modern, elegant, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with an incredibly comfortable bed that always guarantees a restful night's sleep. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding hospitality. The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every stay feel special. The breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to start the day. The location is also perfect, offering easy access to Bern's beautiful Old Town while providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The consistently high standard of service and comfort is why I keep coming back. Whether traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend Swissôtel Kursaal Bern. I already look forward to my next stay.

Comfortable room, well furnished. One (long) bridge away from city center. Good breakfast buffet. Not inexpensive.
