My friend and I stayed at Swissôtel Tbilisi for two nights, and it was one of the best decisions of our Caucasus trip! Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, but what made our stay especially memorable was the warmth of the staff. Everyone we met was kind, friendly and happy to help. Whether we had questions about our itinerary, needed restaurant recommendations or were simply curious about Georgian snacks, there was always someone ready with thoughtful advice. Their local knowledge made exploring Tbilisi so much easier, and their hospitality made us feel truly welcome. My friend was also celebrating her birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised her with special birthday amenities. It was such a lovely, personal touch—those little gestures really do make a difference. We were so happy with our experience that we immediately booked another stay at Swissôtel for our return to Tbilisi before flying home. We couldn’t think of a better place to wrap up our journey. A heartfelt thank-you to the whole team—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel is very nice and well-located. However, staff lacks a professional attitude and training (unaware of how the Accor welcome drink vouchers work and reception staff is playing on their phone, drawing pictures on their note sheets and chit chatting with each other)

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in Tbilisi. The hotel was a very good standard, the bed was super comfortable, and the turn-down service was a lovely bonus.
