Although our stay was short, we had a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was just what we needed for our time in Chicago, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, however most aspects of my stay were incredibly lacking. The WiFi barely worked the entire time I was there, making business trip much harder. I never received any turn-down service, which is unusual. And my check-in experience was a bit chaotic & unorganized and I ended up paying for the upgraded room just to be done and get in a room.

Overall, my stay was fine - the rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly, however my colleagues and I all experienced issues with the design of the shower, which consistently leaked water onto the floor of our bathrooms despite best efforts to close the shower door. Additionally, we also experienced the housekeeping staff moving our personal effects - not just slightly, but into other rooms/areas unnecessarily, including toiletries and opening suitcases that had been closed.

Our room was quiet and clean, in-room dining was very good and prompt, Amuse Bar was very convenient for quick snacks, etc.

my hotel was not cleaned and the answer from the desk was that as was late the only tihing they can do was changing towels
