I would like to share my honest review of my stay at Swissotel Makkah. I have visited Makkah many times over the years and stayed in several five-star hotels, but I can honestly say that from now on, my first choice will always be Swissotel Makkah. I booked a Kaaba View Room, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking view, excellent facilities, and exceptional service made our stay incredibly special. What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the entire Swissotel Makkah team. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Brother Waleed Alamri and Fahad for their kindness, professionalism, and support throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend Swissotel Makkah to anyone visiting the Holy City. Thank you once again to the entire team for your excellent hospitality.
