It wasn't as we expected – especially the parking prices, where an excessive amount was charged, as it was double what was mentioned. It would have been better to allocate times for the suite manager to visit the rooms and check on their needs instead of just calling them, at least once or twice during the stay. The dinner was really great and befitting of this hotel, but the breakfast wasn't at the same level. Our experience with the parking was bad, especially since an amount double what was mentioned was charged.

Close location to the haram, clean room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Highly recommended.

Loved the overall atmosphere. From check-in to check-out everything was great. Loved the breakfast al Al Ruwad.
