It was ok given that the hotel was fully booked and busy But overall i didnt like the toilet (room 1213) the shower was extremely small with a shower curtain- who in this age use shower curtain. It might have been acceptable if it was a 3 stars hotel but not a 5 star The towls were very old, not white anymore, the receptionist was not friendly The breakfast althiugh it was varied the food taste was below average

My stay at the hotel had a disappointing start due to the delay in receiving the suite, which caused some inconvenience. However, I would like to highlight that Ms. Enas was the only staff member who demonstrated excellent customer service. She was polite, helpful, and handled the situation professionally. Her positive attitude made a difference despite the initial delay.
