Nice hotel with good breakfast and dinner. Staff is very friendly & cooperative. Service is great and they keep in touch with the guests. Overall is a good option near Haram.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The level of customer service was abysmal, and their policies regarding early check-in are frankly insulting to guests who choose to book through third-party platforms. The "Third-Party Booking" Penalty. Upon arriving at the hotel after a long journey, I politely requested an early check-in. I was immediately met with resistance, and it became glaringly obvious that the hotel actively discriminates against guests who book through external travel websites. Rather than treating all paying guests with the same standard of hospitality, they use early check-in as a weapon to punish you for not booking directly through their site. Zero Communication and Wasted Time. Instead of giving a straightforward answer or an estimated time for a room to be ready, the front desk staff were completely unhelpful. They refused to provide any details on room availability and dismissively told me to "try checking with reception every other hour." This resulted in a frustrating waiting game, essentially trapping me in the lobby and wasting my day because they wouldn't just give me a clear answer. The Ridiculous Paperwork. When I checked in I was actually forced to sign a formal document acknowledging the two-hour early check-in. It felt entirely petty and unnecessary—a final hoop to jump through just to access a room that was clearly already available. If you are booking through a travel site, expect to be treated like a second-class citizen. I highly recommend finding a hotel that values all of its guests equally, regardless of how they made their reservation.
