We were 3 adults and 1 kids and they provided 2 beds but then after asking almamy times they added two beds but the room is not enough for four

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The entire team is extremely helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with anything you need, which made the experience very comfortable from start to finish. The housekeeping service was excellent — the rooms were always clean, well-organized, and refreshed on time. It really made a difference coming back to such a neat and pleasant space every day. A special mention to Manar at the reception, who was always smiling, welcoming, and very helpful. She made check-in and communication so easy and pleasant, and her positive attitude truly stood out. Overall, a great experience thanks to the friendly staff and high level of service! I would happily stay here again.

Swiss al maqam makkah hotel is popular among travelers for its prime location, just a short walk from the Haram, which many guests find exceptionally convenient. The hotel earns rave reviews for its spacious and clean rooms, for all convenient we performed a perfect umrah. Specifically i have to mention room no 1425, Room service staff Shahadat. highly praised for his service and very friendly with smile face. , my special Thanks to him. Always willing to help. He was provide everything what needs to room. Would highly recommend to everyone, specially families and kids breakfast buffet was lovely. ***** services
