When I checked in staff member seems to be preoccupied with other things. She asked for my details advised she could see room was paid then asked for credit card for incidentals which I have no issue with. She doesn't ask if I have stayed there before doesn't advise what amenities are available at the hotel or if they have WIFI and how to access it just gives me 1 key doesn't ask if I need two as room is booked for two people only tells me the other card is to put in the for power. I had to ask for second key after I got one she just looked at me I was waiting for her to tell me how to get to my room. I had to ask where I go to get to my room and points to the lifts. I am an Accor member and was nothing in the room no free water at all.

Location is great, easy access to light rail and train stations. Comfortable rooms, lobby and pool renovations look goods. Lifts are terrible, we had several 20-30 minute waits for lifts, including just before checkout which resulted in our room access expiring. A very negative way to end the stay.

Room was clean and location perfect, but the Lift was a nightmare.
