Enjoy the stay ! The view is fantastic

My room 6152, staying 22-25 Sept , the drinking water tap is very slowly pour out , take quite long time of waiting which just for one glass of water. Besides this , overall are good. For the accommodation, actually I plan to stay till 26 Sept that requires extending from original booking but unfortunately no availability for 6152 to extend for another day or even change the room in the same type with 4nights. RSVN team try to offer better room type but significantly more expensive than that I didn’t accept because it’s not worthwhile to change the room just for one night with the expensive rate. I shared this experience that I feel unimpressed because as my loyalty staying with Accor under Platinum membership, I expected hotel team should show more passion to offer other better solution that just keep it as is like this and leave me to check out and change to another hotel because whatever by business purposes, I still must stay another one night on 25/9 in Singapore and fly back on Fri 26/9. So at the end, I moved to another. RSVN Team didn’t show attention and care of member and treated the case as normal guest in my perception. Suvitcha K.

Wonderful stay as always. The executive lounge is fabulous especially the way visitors are treated as adults in respectful of the food and drink. Friendly and attentive staff as well as well appointed rooms make us come back.

Wonderful stay, well-located with beautiful views and thoughtful staff members. Travelled with my parents, stayed at room 3555 (September 19-25) and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay too. The location is perfect, particularly the views that it provides. All the brands we enjoy shopping at were right there just a floor away for us. The basement provided easy access to supermarkets and countless eateries. If one stays at the Swissotel the Stamford there is practically no need to step out of the property. We had breakfast each day at the Clove and were well-served, special shout out to Daniel, John, Ali, Amshyar and Siyeon who’d welcome us warmly each morning. And then ofcourse the seamless and warm checkin experience provided by Alswin. Then the doormen, Seelan and Heng who would were a lovely company whilst we waited for our Grab rides. Mr. Sam the Conceirge, was great - knows everything on his fingertips. We also want to thank and appreciate the housekeeping lady who made the room comfortable each day! Hope to come back some day again.

Located downtown, with view over the Marina bay. The rooms are very clean with all the facilities. The staff is friendly and speaks good English.
