Hi, A lovely hotel and incredible views over the the Bosphorus. The room was lovely We stayed on the 12 floor of the west wing and were kept awake until 1-2 am from the music for the 16 floor bar. Customer service offered us another room, but said the music was from the wedding which was a one off, so we decided to stay. We met some other guests the following day who said it was the 16th floor music and kept them awake until too. That night at 22:30 we moved across to the east tower, which was much quieter but a shame it wasn’t made clear earlier to avoid having to cross the hotel so late. Not sure if you’re aware of how the music travels and affects the rooms below.

Additionally, the hotel boasts a remarkable culinary selection with several superb on-site restaurants, each offering a distinct and delicious dining experience. An exquisite hotel that I unreservedly recommend to anyone seeking a luxurious and seamless stay in Istanbul!

Good room and service but let down by baggage delivery service, I waited an hour for my bags to be delivered on arrival and only after I went down to the desk and pointed to my bags that they brought them up. It was almost as bad when I was leaving nobody came for 20 minutes so then I went down to the car waiting for us and he was able to get a staff member to bring them down. This hotel appears to be dedicated to attracting company convention groups
