It's a good hotel but needs some improvement to become great and justify the price. The larger pool needs a bar, you have to walk a good 5 minutes and go through a lot of stairs for a bottle of water or a sandwich. I understand that it may belong to the apartments but since its used by everyone it should provide everybody's needs. The Japanese restaurant was a disaster, unfriendly staff and terrible food. The positives are, super friendly staff and very clean and fresh hotel, the breakfast was great. Comfortable beds and good size room. Very accommodating staff.

We were stuck in Dubai and hotel personnel was inconsistent with hotel rates which supposedly the UAE promised to cover. Considering the stress/worry we were under, we discovered that yr hotel was charging stranded guests at higher rates than online agent!!! They were relentlessly hassling us to pay for our extension nights eventho i explained we need to move funds & they had our credit card guarantee anyway.

We were stuck In Dubai because of the Iran situation but the staff especially Farhan at the concierge made the stay so comfortable he is very very proactive and gave us the best solutions and recommendations! He’s truly a wonderful person who went out of his way to make my mum n I comfortable !!! People like farhan n all other staff should be praised enough

The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the Mall was very convenient.
