We requested an early check-in, and the apartment was apparently available from 11:00 AM. However, despite several trips back and forth to reception, no one could confirm its availability. Each time, I was told the apartment wasn't available. It wasn't until 4:00 PM that we were finally given the keys. We had arrived at 6:00 AM and had to wait in the reception lobby after an exhausting overnight flight, with security guards telling us not to sleep there, even though we were fighting against sleep. I find it disappointing to make families wait like that, especially since I'm a Gold member. Luckily, at my request, we were able to take advantage of a late check-out. There were mosquitoes in the apartment due to incompletely emptied garbage cans, and the carpet smelled bad in the 14th-floor hallway. Quite a few disappointing little things for a 5-star hotel.

Very awfuel experience to Chase the hotel to credit my account with the correct number of points that match my spent, Based on my spent of 881 AED NET After taxes which is 206 EUR, I should get 515 Status points and 800 plus Reward points, What I have been credited so far for this stay is 228 Status points and (228 plus 134= 362 Reward points, as You can see on my account. Never again to stay in this hotel, worst customer experience
