Dear CEO, EXCO, Board Members, and Directors of Swissotel Corniche Park Towers, Doha, Please accept my sincere apologies for addressing this communication directly to all senior members of the Group. My daughter and I have just returned from an eight-day holiday in Doha, during which we stayed at your hotel. Having travelled to many countries and stayed at several hotels worldwide, we have experienced both exemplary service and, at times, disappointing standards. I am delighted to share that our stay at Swissotel Doha was nothing short of exceptional. We received outstanding service, excellent hospitality, and genuine care every single day of our visit. While many of your staff deserve praise, I would like to specifically recognise the following individuals who truly made our stay memorable and deserve the highest form of recognition: Mr Jimmy Tabib – Duty Manager Jimmy is astute, elegant, well-spoken, and possesses a remarkable rapport that truly stole our hearts. He performed his role at a level one would easily associate with a Senior or Executive Duty Manager. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his professionalism and warmth were exceptional. Thank you, Jimmy, for your dedication and care. Mr Srikant – Reception Desk I struggle to find sufficient words to express the impact Srikant had on our stay. I have yet to meet a Receptionist who matches his standards. Not a day went by without him greeting us warmly and enquiring about our wellbeing, regardless of the time of day or night. On our departure day, we left the hotel at 5:00 am. When we arrived at reception, Srikant was waiting for us with two packed breakfast bags. This thoughtful gesture completely took us by surprise and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you, Shrikant. I sincerely hope Swissotel will support and encourage your continued growth within the Group. Adding to this, Jimmy also came out in the early hours of the morning to wish us a safe journey home. These two gentlemen left us feeling valued, respected, and deeply appreciated. They are true ambassadors of your brand. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Elena and Shifa in the Breakfast Room. These two ladies made every morning enjoyable and comfortable with their commendable service standards. Thank you both for your warmth and professionalism. I am truly hopeful that this message reaches the appropriate executives and that these individuals receive the recognition and awards they so richly deserve. My stay at Swissôtel Corniche was truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offered a stunning view of the Corniche. The service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm—making the entire experience feel effortless and relaxing.
